HOW TO PREPARE YOUR CACAO
You will need
- 20–30g ceremonial-grade cacao
- (20g gentle · 30g deeper)
- 200–250ml plant milk, water
METHOD (Pan Method)
- Add a small amount of your plant milk or water to a pan.
- Heat gently until steaming, not boiling.
- Add the chopped cacao and stir into a smooth paste.
- Slowly add the remaining liquid, stirring continuously.
- Add salt, spices, and sweetener if using.
- Warm gently, then remove from heat and pour.
HOW TO DRINK
Sip slowly.
Allow yourself to arrive.
Set a simple intention or moment of presence.
