HOW TO PREPARE YOUR CACAO


You will need


  1. 20–30g ceremonial-grade cacao
  2. (20g gentle · 30g deeper)
  3. 200–250ml plant milk, water



METHOD (Pan Method)



  1. Add a small amount of your plant milk or water to a pan.
  2. Heat gently until steaming, not boiling.
  3. Add the chopped cacao and stir into a smooth paste.
  4. Slowly add the remaining liquid, stirring continuously.
  5. Add salt, spices, and sweetener if using.
  6. Warm gently, then remove from heat and pour.


HOW TO DRINK


Sip slowly.

Allow yourself to arrive.

Set a simple intention or moment of presence.
